This is one place I wish we had here in Toledo, but if you have one I have a great deal for you! You can get $10 off at Dave & Buster's when you use the coupon here. This expires 7-10.

Thanks For the Mommas

Free Lactaid Half & Half

This is another one of these coupons that I'm not sure if it's worth printing since most stores won't take 'free' printables. Anyway, if you're brave (and feel like arguing with your cashier) you can print a coupon for a free Lactaid half & half here.

25 Disney Movie Rewards Points

You can get 25 more Disney Movie Rewards points by logging into your account, clicking "My DMR" on top of the page and then "my surveys" off to the left. You should have a member technology survey to take for 25 points.

Thanks Who Said Nothing In Life Is Free

65 More Recyclebank Points

You can get 65 more points at Recyclebank with their new Green Your Vacation challenge. All you have to do is log in or register, then click on the banner ad for Green Your Vacation. Then click beach (at the top). After that you'll need to clik on a moving object. Some of them require you to answer a question and others just give points. Each week more opportunities to earn points will open up in Green Your Vacation.

Also, some of the other Recyclebank activities have reset. Just go to 'earn points' in order to see which ones you can do again.

Recyclebank is a free program that rewards members for living a greener life. Some areas participate in the curbside Recyclebank program (my community does not :( ) but codes and links to quizzes that will earn you points are frequently posted on blogs, including this blog.

Entertainment Book Sale

Entertainment.com is having a sale on their entertainment books through July 4th. All books are $9.99 shipped. The coupons in them expire November 1st but you can definitely get your money's worth before then. We buy these books every year and always get our money's worth!

However, if you go through Ebates you'll get 35% cash back. Also, if you're new to Ebates you'll get $5 deposited in your Ebates account for joining.

What the heck is Ebates? It's basically an online rebate site. They give a sign-on bonus of $5 and then will give you a portion of your total out of pocket cost back from making purchases at participating stores in cash every three months. Your cashout threshold is $5 and you must click through Ebates to the site you want to shop at to receive the cash back. Ebates does not include what you spent on tax or shipping to calculate the cash back amount and occasionally a deal will be excluded from cash back. Sites are usually pretty good about telling you that an item is exempt from cash back up front, however.

What Can We Do This Weekend

Home Depot has a kids' workshop from 9 AM to noon. Kids will be making a coaster set.

Bass Pro Shops have a summer camp event each weekend. There are several things to do. You can check the schedule for your local store at the link I posted.
Walmart has an event finder on their website so you can check out what's happening in your local area.

Borders also has an event finder on their website, as does Barnes & Noble.

Anyone have anything I missed?

Sunday Coupon Preview

We'll be getting one insert this weekend: a P&G. You can preview it here by going to 'coupon resources' and then 'coupon previews'.

Remember that your area won't receive all the coupons in the previews nor will the values be the same. It's just a good resource to help plan your shopping or to match up with sales. Also it helps to know if you want to try to locate coupons you did not receive from a clipper or another source.

Mega Swagbucks Friday

Search & Win

On Fridays, Swagbucks likes to give away lots of extra Swagbucks!

If you're not familiar with Swagbucks, it's basically a website/search engine. When you use it, you are rewarded with digital dollars, which you can then redeem for gift cards, music downloads and other prizes. It's very easy to use and the points do add up quickly, especially if you use their search engine instead of Google or Yahoo. They also have a toolbar you can download that will randomly add Swagbucks into your account for searching and sometimes just for doing nothing! They also take electronics for recycling that will earn points for your account and they offer point-earning surveys, special offers and other things that will accumulate points quickly. Just click the picture to join if you're not a member.

I normally use my Swagbucks to purchase Amazon gift cards (450 points earns $5). 700 points will earn $5 Paypal. A friend of mine did all her Christmas shopping last year using money/gift cards earned from Swagbucks! I replaced Google with Swagbucks and I'm able to cash in for several $5 gift cards per month. In the last few months I've cashed out over $100 in Amazon gift cards just from using their search engine, taking a few surveys and entering some of the Swagcodes they occasionally post on their blog/site.

If you have any questions about Swagbucks, just post them here or shoot me an e-mail.
