I've been saving my Disney reward points for a long time because I hadn't found the right reward yet. Right now Disney Movie Rewards has a $20 Disney gift card for 750 points. You can use this online, in Disney parks and in Disney Stores.
Typically when reward programs offer gift cards they disappear fairly quickly.
