If you've looked at last weekend's P&G insert you'll see a high-value $3/1 Febreze Noticeables coupon inside. I have found two places where these are free:
Meijer = They are $2.50 and the coupon auto-adjusts to $2.50 so no issues at the register. Also, these are part of a larger spend $30 (pre-coupons) get $10 prepaid card by mail deal. You do need to spend all $30 in one transaction. If you have the free Pantene coupons this is a great time to use them. The large sizes are on sale for $5.79, so just $.79 after the coupon (max value on the coupon is $4.99).
Walmart = I'm seeing on several sites that these are about $2.50 at Walmart as well. I've not been there to confirm. Remember that you can use overage from these towards other items in your order.
Note: I personally think Febreze Noticeables refills are very expensive compared to Glade. Free is free, but you may want to have a look at the prices on the refills before you buy these units.
