Ace Hardware Labor Day Event

If you have an Ace Hardware near you you'll want to check out the Labor Day Event from Sept. 2-5. There are some good deals if you need around-the-house stuff.

Ball canning jars (pint) are $5.50/case which is a very good price. If your store takes coupons (some do not) there are coupons for the jars too.

Selected painting supplies are $.99 and $1.99 after mail in rebate.

Selected insecticides are $1.99 after rebate.

Mold/Mildew stain remover is FREE after rebate.

Work gloves are FREE after rebate.

There are lots of other rebates in the ad. My Ace tips:

1) Get there EARLY. They're usually sold out the first day in the morning on the good deals.

2) Buy exactly the item stated if you're trying to get the rebates.

3) Have an Ace club card (free at the store). It allows you to do rebates online which makes them come more quickly.

4) Keep your receipt and the ads till after your check arrives. I've had a few times when I've had to call their customer service but they usually do a great job.
