Apparently Rite Aid is looking into this. Only the bonus bottles with free toothpaste attached seem to be the problem. Apparently within 5 business days it'll be fixed. I entered my receipt (I did buy the bonus bottles) and didn't have any issues.
Every now and then Rite Aid has one of these weird glitches. The issue is that the bonus bottles have different UPCs than the regular ones. The bonus ones were not programmed into the system but supposedly will be now.
