Quick update! The Outback dinner offer is now live but it's being weird. Go to http://www.outbackfreesteaks.com/ and enter your zip code. You must live within 25 miles of an Outback to participate.
When you enter your zip, it may tell you they're out of free dinners and offer you a $5 coupon. Hit refresh and you should be offered the free meal instead. Once you're 'in' you'll only have 4 minutes to complete the registration so hurry!
